Working in St Johns Wood is often less about the size of the garden and more about how you reach it.

If you own a Georgian terrace, Victorian townhouse, mansion block garden, or a mature mews courtyard in NW8, you already know this: period properties ask more of a garden than a standard modern plot.

If your garden near Lords Ground in St Johns Wood is getting away from you a little, you are not alone.
